ive painted 3 boxes now and came out awsome. what i did was sand the entire box smooth with 240 grit sand paper using a DA. making sure the edges of where the wood seems come together smooth so it wont show threw the paint. then primer. sand with 320 grit. primer again using 320, and then...

all i used was regular black car paint that was sprayed with a spray gun and used metal flakes in the first layer of clear and then sprayed another layer of clear on top of that with out flakes. no fiberglass was used just mdf and alot of sanding. also do u have a pic of how u want your amps...

i got a relay hooked up. And i only have 1 amp for both subs so i dont think its the lead wire. anyone else im just now scared to turn it up incase something does go on it.

thanks joel dirt. i love my audiobahn amp. its the 2nd amp ive owned from them besides the a8000t. i believe they put out there rated power but i might get it benched test soon just to see. hopefully i can get some **** out just to show everyone what the amp and subs combo can do.

using 3/4 mdf around 89 cubes. all u need to do by the way is sub tract 1.5 inches from each demension. maultiply all 3 numbers together. then devide by 1728.
