After doing some more research....I’m reading a lot of good things about Hertz speakers. The Mille Pros are a bit pricier than the Rockfords but I’m wondering if the Hertz are that much better in quality.

Certainly something to think about. But I’m not sure if blue tooth amp is the route I want to take.
