Between a JL 10W6V3 and a Morel ultima 10, to replace my 10W3V3-2 eventually.

JL 10W3V3-2, great SQ sub with good power handling capabilities and small box (0.65cu ft.) abilities.

I would get a pair of high efficiency above 90db coax speakers and all it a day.

Morels are great speakers, their staging is excellent. I have a set. Of Morel Tempo 6 comps with the tweeters in the doors also, I swear that the tweeters are in the A pillars which I couldn't get my tweeters into also.

The 12W3V3 is more of a SQ sub than a thumper. If he wants more thump I would suggest a 12W6V3-2, this sub is a BEAST!
