well i plugged headphones into it and they dont sound so i think its in.. but idk how to swich radio to mp3 mode.. i can only get cd and tuner by tapping the vol. button?

i have a pioneer mh-1800- - it has a plug on the back that a head phone cord plugs right into, i put a double sided one from that to my ipod this isnt the right way is it? how do i hook it up i know im dumb.

im starting to get it i think, on a sub/speaker the peak is when its gona blow, and the rms is whats safe to run.. on a amp my understanding is rms is what it will run anytime and if tuned right it will reach the peak?

i have a option to buy 4 10" planet audio subs that are 130rms but he had the 4 running off a sundown 1200 rms amp.. he said they held up fine.. is that the way to go or 2 differnt 10"s? i get the 4 PA's for lil over 100$and im gona run a hiphonics amp sorry for all the posts but all my threads...

oh what about just the 4 pa's? would those be pretty loud? my freind has a 15inch kicker l7 and i would like to compare to it

need 2 good speakers for the dooors of my 87chevy.. any size wil work under 8 inches.. i have to make holes for them so thats why.. mind these are the only 2 speakers in the truck.. could put 2 on each door but cant really afford that now

i have the chance to buy 4 planet audio 10"s for 125$ that are 125rms each, he said he was putting 1200 watts to just these 4 subs with a sundown amp and they held up great.. and i would throw my rockford in to make it 5 10" in a sealed box with about 1300-1400 watt rms amp.. how would that work?
