I just did the big 3 on my 5th gen accord and didn't have a problem. I replaced the stock wiring because it was in bad shape, except for the Battery to Alternator. Mine is a V6 however, and I don't know if that changes the wiring much. It was a little confusing to me to see 2 wires on each...
