for my physics project i have decided to build my own crossover for 3 type r's, 2 type r 6x5's and some tweeters... i have to make all the circuitry my self i cant use a kit... any ideas on how to get this started?

i was planning on getting an orion refurb 2500d but i just realized that u cant run 3 subs at one ohm? well a clean pure 1 ohm right? i check rockford fosgates wiring helper and it says like 1.34 but i would have to purchase 3 dvc 2 ohms, instead of 4? any suggestions?

Ok i have decided to jump on alpines little band wagon, and i am either getting 2 type x or 3 type r's. both 12 inches and i will be powering them with either orion 2500d or someting with a little more jiuce if needed. I will be porting them....

i am going to get an alpine HU but i would like to know the models you all recommend, and i want to find one that has a tilt capability. i know the 9830 does, but my friend has that one and i dont want the same....suggestions?
