    radio install

I'm not really sure how a deck connected to factory wiring overcomes this problem... I couldn't really tell you. =) Never really seen someone try to put a system in a vehicle that never had even a radio in it. =)

    QUESTION: amp output capacity

Doesn't look like you can even use it... it's a 1-channel mono subwoofer amp, and I'm not sure, but I don't think either of your JL W3's can handle 800 watts...

    radio install

I'm not sure about wiring a deck without factory wiring, but I'd assume a power wire from the deck to the + terminal on your battery, and the ground wire to some bare metal, just like installing an amp... you'll need both cables the same gauge, and your fuse will be on your power wire, as close...

    Wiring 2 12's and 2 caps.

Power wires from the + terminal of each cap to preferably a power distribution block, then a single wire from the block through your car , through the firewall, and to the + terminal of your battery. The gauge wire you'll need to run depends on the total wattage of your system, but you probably...

    help me please

Well you couldn't in the first place, but it doesn't even look like the sub could handle it... maybe I'm reading the figures wrong, but this might give you some useful (or not) information: http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/pdfs/12W3_BDS.pdf

    Wiring and place of installations

The Crutchfield Guide to Car Audio: http://pix.crutchfield.com/CarGuide/CarGuide_150.pdf This should help you out with just about every basic question you could have. Read it all, and come back if you still have questions.... Good luck.... =)

Can't really shed any light on this... there's probably something I'm missing, but you might just have a faulty HU... get in touch with Jensen and maybe they'll be able to help you out? Good luck... =)

    Mounting loacations for component x-overs??

I always thought it was safest to mount them as close to the component set as possible... my front crossovers are sealed, wrapped in foam, and squeezed inside my door panels, my rear ones are up in the roof of the car where the speakers are (cargo area)... ...but I could be wrong. =)

    Install Questions

You probably already know this, but a good place to ground your system is a seat-belt bolt... there should be one relatively close to where you're installing your amps. Unscrew the bolt, crimp a ring terminal to the end of your ground wire, add a star washer, and bolt the whole thing back...

    Have HU/Speakers....AMP?

I'm looking at grabbing two of the same amps, one for my four speakers, and the other for my two subs... anyone have any reviews/opinions on it?

    Help with my wires plz.

First, you need to get the signal from your deck (receiver/radio/whatever) to your amp... normally this is done with RCA patch cables, which send a relatively clean low-level signal for your amp to amplify. If your deck doesn't have RCA outputs (likely if its factory), your amp will need to...

    Streetwires Zero Noise Series

Has anyone tried (or is using) any of the Streetwires' series of RCA interconnects? They've got three of the ZeroNoise variety, ZN6, ZN3, and ZN2, and the price differences can be seen pretty clearly between the three... $114.99 for 19.7ft of ZN6, only $25.99 for the same length of ZN2...
