on my truck my side mirrors rattle a lot, outside the truck it is very annoyin and inside i think i can hear them if i get close to the window. Has anyone ever had this problem or know wut to do. Also any ideas would be helpful. thx

i would put some between the subs on the left and right side and maybe some little triangle braces in the corners and below the subs

i built this sealed enclosure for the back of my truck and have everything installed and now i was wonderin if i could put port tubes coming down from the top of the enclosure. would this give me any port noise? i was thinkin maybe 4" tubes. im goin to calculate the approx cu ft in a few...

so all i need to do is disconnect the subs at the amp and put the ends of the dmm in the amp and adjust the gain until i get a read out of 34.64volts? do i need to adjust the volume, i know i need to turn off the bass eq, treble, etc.

lets start over, i have the subs wired to a 2 ohm load in a sealed enclosure. on the amp there is a crossover freq adjustment knob, LP slope switch, subsonic mode selector, the gain, and bass EQ. wut should i have these at

they r in seperate sealed enclosures, i built my own box. they r dvc but i have them wired like its one. also the amp only adjusts the gain in like .1 volt increments and thats it, its nothin like the tutorial posted, just from .5-8 volts. it is at .5 volts right now cause i havent adjusted...

i have 2 12" type r's each with their own mrd-m605 amp and i was wonderin wut to set the controls at (gain, subsonic filter, variable cross-over). the gain on the mrd-m605 is different cause it is digital and adjusts from 0.5 volts to 8 volts. i hope i made sense is sayin all this, if u dont...

if ur goin for the loudest sound i would tune it pretty high, high 30's, but if ur goin to keep this setup for everyday drivin i would go mid 30's

i tried lookin there, but i couldnt find find the displacement of the sub, im lookin for the displacement inside the box also

i tried kicker.com and found nothin nothing. also, its a 12" my bad

does anyone know the displacement of a kicker L7?

i would say in the mid 30's, maybe even high 30's
