I was talking more so a common problem that a little surgery could handle?

Bought an amp for cheap and never used it. Went to sell it today and the protection light came on. Didn't surprise me for what i paid for it but I was wondering if it is something common that I could replace. I took some pics of the internals if anyone could point me in the right direction.
