Hey thanx. Yeah those ID coaxials do have silk tweeters. I worried the mounting depth is a bit too deep though. Alpine type S speakers have silk tweeters and they're fairly shallow, but I haven't heard them in person.

My HU is aftermarket. The Infinity 6.75" speakers are being powered by a 100 rms per channel amplifier. They just ****.

I've never used Infinity's 6x9s, but I've used their 6.75" Kappas. I hate them. My stock 3.5" dash speakers put out more bass. As far as the midrange and treble is concerned, I'll just say it's tolerable -- definitely not desirable. Overall, they're worthless IMO.

On WINisd once you provide the Qes and Qms it will auto-fill the correct Qts for you. It will auto-fill the Re for you, but you have to provide the Mms and BL.
