    Do you think that, being the 3rd vehicle my parents have bought from this dealer, they should have reprogrammed the new NAV unit to work with the AUX audio inputs in the glove box, after getting the car back from the audio shop? Or, should they have to pay to have this functionality restored?

    I figure a pro installer would know whether or not the already existing USB/3.5 analogue inputs found inside the glove box on my parents car(2012 Buick Enclave), BEFORE they had the dealer outsource the vehicle to a car audio shop, in order to replace the non-nav unit with a factory OEM...
