    for a tight budget...go with pioneer amps and speakers....for as cheap as the stuff is it sounds reeeaaalllyyy good.

    neons...

    do not do it to the lighter...go to the fuse box. take ur positive, and wrap it around ur wiper or radio fuse...plug it in. Then u just ground out ur negitive. hook the positive up to a switch and ur good to go. the only bad thing bout this is u have to have ur key turned to gain power.
