Yeah on some older transactions that took the normal KB Audio time of two months I noticed the same thing...With the amp not working too. Send it back and then it'd get fixed for real that time and it came back OK. Like everyone else it seems too over in the caraudioforum.com packing sucked...

Why didn't you just get the 5200 series instead? It's got way more motor force. Looks like abuse. You can still just buy a 5200 top with that motor.
