Like many others I am ready to get different amps. I am currently running Phoenix Gold RSd 500.4 @85 x 4 rms and 1200.1 @ 1200 x 1 rms. I really like the sub amp but I need more power for the front/rear stages. I've been doing a little searching and now I have a few prospects for replacements...

Qbenjamin, what is the reason you are getting rid of yours? Or, what subs do you use and why? I haven't heard anything bad about the elites either. But I don't really see much talk about them even in older posts from a few years ago.

What about the frequency range on it though? I currently have my sub amp set at 200 Hz. and it blends nicely with the front soundstage. If the elite is only rated at 20-80 Hz. will it be able to produce the higher freqencies? I do have to do some more tweaking with my mid range though. It is...
