I was mistaken.I have a single 4ga POWER to the AMP and then a 10ga to the HU split from the amp 4ga. The HU and the AMP have their own 10ga ground from the battery. I'm thinking the 10ga ground just isn't cutting it but it is the HU that is turning off.
