Well, what size box and tuning was your enclosure? Why is it that you are the only one who claims sealed is better, whereas the others say ported w7's sound nicer? I'm just wondering, not trying to be rude. I own a 13w7 ported...and it's hella nice.

Actually...capacitors have helped. That's why many people use them. They don't work in every application, but they do help a lot of the time. They are a band-aid to a real fix, but I don't see how it will hurt. The digital readout uses virtually no power at all...it really won't affect...
