How do you determine what a box is tuned at? Say I have a box that is 5cf with two 3in ports that are 12in long what kind of fz would that be?

I'm building a ported box for 2 12's and I have a couple questions before I build it this weekend. It's gonna be about 5cf and i want to tune it to about 24hz. should i separate them inside the box? should i use square ports or circle ports? thanks

all i could find on them was sensitivity 87db, fs(hz) 24, 4" voice coil, recomended enclosure size 2.0 vented, 1.25 sealed. I couldnt find anything on the ports, Its going in a tahoe so I have pleanty of room for a big box if that would make them sound better
