Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into all of those. The Kickers were something of a knee-jerk purchase - I'll probably return them, I'm guessing. How would you compare the RE Audio SL10-D4 to the Image Dynamics IDQ 10?

Why would you choose two of those over, say, an RE AUDIO SL10-D4? Won't the RE produce more at the bottom end?

I've got a shallow box that will mount in the rear seat of my 2006 Jeep Wrangler (hidden from view within the seat from 33 Engineering). I can either mount two 8" or one or two 10" subs, but space is limited to 0.65 ft cubed, so I imagine one 10" is going to net the best low frequency output...

I'm looking for a high SQ 10" shallow mount sub, particularly the Phase Evolution/Mac Audio/et al 10" Aliante or the Falstaff 10" slim mount sub. wolverine[AT]luxsci.net or PM me here. Thanks! Sarge
