Thanks guys, I'm still tuning the amps and LC6i. I haven't covered the box yet with the vinyl. When I do cover it I'll seal the terminal plate and woofer rim.

Is it necessary to seal the terminal plate and rim if woofer?

As I said the designe comes from the "ProBox 5.0" program. I guess the worst case senario would be that I had to build another box if this one sounds like crap. Thanks for the info. I'll post pics of the build and completion.

In order to keep the box under the seat and only on one side, I will not be able to get 1.0 cuft. the closest I can get is 0.72 at 33.44Hz. The box is a wedge design forward firing. If I must have 1.0 cuft then I'll have to extend the box over the tunnel housing at the center of the cab.
