Yes it is. The same ground wire I've had since I installed and the same ground wire the previous amp owner used.

I did check the fuses, first thing, and that'd be a yes on 12v through remote.

I've been running the same setup for months other than a change in subs a month ago but its been working since. It just stopped yesterday, I didn't touch any wires or anything. Got in my truck turned it on and no bass.

I don't think the amp has a protection mode. No on the battery. And I really dint see how the subs could be the issue at this point since I tested it on the two kickers along with my old xplod.
