Being that MTX's are really underrated, you might want to go a size down on the amp. You won't gain much with those last 2-300 watts, and might hurt your speakers.

Go to ebay and find an eclipse alum. They are better than the ti's and you can find one for 200 shipped. You cant beat that deal. You could go with a ED(edesignaudio.com) or a blueprint (missiondigital.net) driver, too. Dont go with MTX or Alpine.. name brand but bad subs.

Your diagram was right IceBeNot. 4 4 ohm coils = 1 ohm parallel. Goddyd4me you always confuse people with your wiring shenanigans. You post like 3 different ones, and none of them are right. Its 2 4 ohm dvc subs wired to 1 ohm mono, every coil wired parallel.
