Is this possible? I need a good amp for 4 12's (rockford r1), for 600 watts rms total. I want quality and somewhat recent too. ebay score is perfect and I'll pay via paypal. baseballz13 was the last car audio transaction I completed with.

4 gauge. The amp was like 4 inches away from the ground on the car with the rubber protector around it. The amp was over heating before and with the warm weather it couldn't handle it all. I do plan on upgrading amps soon too

I'm guessing you want powerful subs? I have some R1's, 12", wouldn't really get the most out of your amp though.

Looking to buy one of these amps. Only concern is how much power they give out for such a good price. Will these overheat when ran @ 1 OHM near full power? I want to buy 2 alpine type R's give them roughly 600- 700 a peice but don't want my amp messing up on me.
