    What size box is needed for this 15"

    i wanna make a new box for my sub, cause the one i have now is really garbage. the sub is a 15" 500watt SVC. i just wanna know how big the box should be, so it gives out the best sound possible.

    do u mean the gain??..if so..they no its not..the gain is only half....i dunno what i could be..i kinda smells like when ur using a hot glue gun....it smells like the burning glue..its coming from the front..i hope its nothing with the deck...cause its fairly new..only bout 2 months or so

    i hooked it up...both the 15" and the 2 12's...it pounds like crazy that 15" makes a big difference!!! i just hope the amp doesnt xplode....(get it)..lol there is a funny smell in the car tho..like a burning smell...what do u ppl think it is???

    i have kaption 6x9's the model # is HDX-692 300watt total, 200 watt RMS. They are 4 ohm the amp is a 30Wx4, Clarion 4 ch i would like to power up the 6x9's, so if anyone knows how, please let me know..thanks

    the 12s are kaption HD-124/8 the amp is a Sony XM-2165GTX the the 15" is a orion (500watt)...dunno the model #....but who cares, its not like it matters

    the 2 12's are kaption HD-124/8 (250 watt) they are setup as 4ohm. and the 15" is a orion 500watt, i think its a dvc...not sure...and the amp is a crappy 1000watt xplode 2 ch.

    why isnt it good to mix subs...my buddy has 2 12" and 2 10" subs, runnin off a mono amp... does it still matter if its off a different amp?

    i would like to hook up 3 subs to a 2 ch amp. and was wondering how would that be done...right know i have 2 12's and want to add another 15". each 12" sub is connected to a ch.
