    All the wiring diagrams show the Neg and Pos connecting from separate voice coils so I thought it had to be that way, thanks for answering a newb question. Ken

    So the Neg and Pos which connect to the amp don't have to be from opposite voice coils in order to get a 2ohm load? Is there any advanage wiring it either way?

    sub suggestions for small box

    I just added a 12" sub which requires only .8 cu ft sealed and it's amazing how hard and clean it hits, I don't think I'll ever go back to ported. Here's a link to the 10" version which only requires .5 cu.ft., Soundstream Van Gogh...
