    The Remote wire is jumpered, not coming from the deck. The main (front) fuse is NOT blown. Im leaning more and more towords the diode problem, I need to find time to open it up and check the dioides... Because honestly, other then that I have no idea what it could be. The only reason i think...

    Ground is secure. Power wire might have some issues, there might be a short in the power wire from being smashed in the door though, who knows. Its nonsense. I'm in class right now, i'll check when im out. What do u personally think the problem is from what i described?

    You mean a DVOM? (Digital Volt ohm Meter) How exactly do i go about this? Have the sub out of the box unhooked, put positive lead into the + terminal, Negative lead into the - terminal, do that for each side since it's a D4? This should be on "OHMS" correct? and should be 4ohms for each?
