OK. Twisted red and yellow and the unit works. Looks like it needs a turn on lead. Any idea what color that wire is?

What the heck is a turn on lead? Last time I hooked up a stereo it was a cassette deck in a 66 Tempest! I assuemed that if I matched all the wires from the unit to the harness this thing would work.

I'm trying to replace the factory radio in my 2001 Chevy Cavalier. I bought the proper wiring harness and installed a Sony CDX-GT200 I had lying around from a car I sold years ago. It will accept and eject a CD but thats it. No other power. No display lights, no static. Nothing! Thinking...
