Okay can anyone with a 3500.1 tell me what I need to do?

I have 3 runs from the front battery to the rear battery all fused at 300 amps (0/1 size). Now from the rear battery to the amp what should I do? I need to run two 0/1 runs for positive and negative to the amp. So how would I fuse both positive going into the amp?
