    How about taking some cardboard as a template? just take little pieces off untill it fits. The plastic-thingie is very creative! I never would have thought of that! It will actually work quite well if you draw a line where the board should come so you won't have to start all over if the tape...

    Thanks! and what would be a good material? Everyone says 18mm (about 0.7", I use metric myself ) thick MDF because it's really stiff, but I think that's a bit "overkill" for these small boxes...

    Wow! I didn't even know those existed! But do you know the Suzuki Alto? It's probably the smallest car around! (cheap though!) With the drawn model above it would fit right in, taking as little of the trunk as possible. I need to have some room left for shoppings and things like that...

    Is it possible to put 6"x9" drivers into a box? I currently drive a Suzuki Alto (yeah laugh! go ahead ) without anything to mount my speakers onto. Is it possible to make a box, somewhat like this picture? It's going to be a little bit bigger, approximately 50cm wide (err... about 20" that is)...
