The best you can do without a seat lift is roughly ~1.75 ft^3 gross. I don't think that's quite enough for a pair of 10s ported.

In addition to the sub itself, response is dependent on the enclosure AND the vehicle. From what I can tell, the high qts of the 1500 and 2500 lines will most likely result in a peaky response. The 9512i the OP is running has more of a chance at yielding a flatter response with its specs. And...

Four 8s have more cone area and will most likely get louder than two 10s. SQ should be negligible with the edge going to the 8s... more cone area, less excursion for the same SPL = lower distortion.

Rule of thumb is 1 lb. per cubic foot. So .27 lbs. 4.3 oz... so about 1/3 of that bag.

It should be fine. Qtc of that box is .779, will drop a little with some fill. It would be better to give the pole vent more space but I think it might be OK.
