    Alpine IXE 400E

    Hello I have a Alpine IEX W400 media Headunit I have a plug and play iso to Retain Steering wheel controls .do I need to use the patch lead as there is know plug in hole on back of stereo unit .will it work with out it .please Help Regards Antony
