are the outputs the same thing as the terminal where the speaker wire plugs into??

yea basically, im trying to figure out how to test the 'outputs', or whatever is fault, and determine what part is not working.

no no, I had 2 dual 2 ohm kicker cvr subs wired in a series. The amp is a phoenix gold octane 8:0:1 mono amp. The final load to the amp should have been 2 ohms, which the amp generates about 800 watts rms at 2 ohms.
