I have a set of morel 6x9s in the rear and Polk audio 4x6's in the front. I was wondering how much of a difference adding power to the 6x9s will make. It seems like I have zero bass, they sound like crap on anything other than -1 bass. I was given an Alpine 3547, but know very little about amps...

What Kind of amp should I be looking for to power my 4x6's in the front and 6X9's in the rear? I need to keep it cheap as possible. the 4x6's are Polk DB460 and the rears are the Morel Maximo 6x9's. My HU is nothing special. Dual XD6150.

This is a total newb question and might sound dumb, but in this price range is there much bass difference between different 6x9s? I have Polk 4x6's in the front and would like even a tiny bit of bass if possible from the rear 6x9s. Again sorry if thats a dumb question.

well I havent been messing with the car much. Some crap came up that sucked me dry of all my funds. I did manage to get a 12'' sony xplod 1200w sub...and one Kicker C12 for free from a buddy who was moving. I am assuming the Kicker is the better of the two? I might just craigslist the sony...

Chris, you would go with two SDC2 10's? Or just one. Im kinda interested in being a little different from everyone around here. Dont see too many people with 10's it seems like. If I can get low with 10(s) I wouldn't have any probs going that route.

10's wont get as low as 12's correct? Or does it take higher end stuff to get the 10s as low.
