That's what I thought but then I switched them and it did the same thing

So i got some new RCA wires and changed a couple settings and I think my sub is back to normal however I still think there's something not right because on my receiver if I turn the sub on or off it doesent make a difference and same thing with the sub system 1 and 2 there's no difference at all...

Ok that's what one of my friends said to that it could be a bad RCA wire I'll try replacing that tomorrow and hopefully it works is there a specific kind that would be best? I've never really seen them sold outside of a wiring kit

I just checked the wire that runs to my battery and the smaller wire that runs to my radio

So I used the dmm and I got 13 for both and my ground is on a clean surface ad bolted down tight

I'll try that but I do have one

Oh ok well this may be a stupid question but where and how would I test the connections?

No i installed everything in January

One moment my sub is working fine I shut my truck off to pump gas but when I get back in my sub is really quite and you can hardly hear it I checked all my connections and fuses but everything seems to be fine can anyone tell me what it could possibly be?
