should i trade my diamond d1 12" dual 2 ohm sub for a kicker comp single 4 ohm? the kicker is the older model

i need a lil help here im chooseing between either 2 12" diamond d1 subs they are dual 2ohm each or a single 12" Diamond d3 dual 4 ohm sub they will be running on a clarion dpx1800 800watt 1ohm stable class d amp. which would put out more bass the subs will be in a sealed encloser or a bandpass...

is it worth trading a Alpine 12" type E "swe1241" for a 12" diamond D1 ????????

yea if they are in good shape

mach 5 12" is 2,500 rms and the HDC3 is 1,000 rms and 2,000 peak. it all depends on how much money your willing to spend and what amp is running it.

those subs are 1000 rms and 2000 watt peak.

what would be better? in spl sql? 12"d6 or the 15" d3?? im just getting the sub from a local car audio shop. i do like spl but im really on a budget. what ever i get i will end up getting a second to go with it later down the road. i also have another q? im thinking bout trading my other...

the budget is 300.00 the car is 1996 old cutlass supreme the sporty one. not sure how big the trunk is the box that is in their now is a scorpion dual 12" slot vent. here are the box specs.34" Width x 13 1/4" Height x 16 1/4" Depth im looking for more spl than anything.
