i mainly need some assistance with installing this headunit. I've installed on a couple other cars but this ***** is giving me a heck of a time. and also i'll need some assistance with the installation of my components

trying to instal an alpine 9830 into a 95 altima ok so i get the wire adaptor of course. there's no ground on the stock side. so i ground to chasis. (one of the bolts in the shifter area) Hook the red and yellow up. nothing happens. SO i hook the black up to the orange illumination wire...

i have an idmax sitting here. I can't tell if its 2 ohm or 4 ohm it doesn't say on the sticker on bottom. Is there anyway to find out which it is?

i'm going to have one for sale today.. i have to check the ohms i don't remember if its one or 2 ohm the dust cap is a kinda dirty and the sticker on the bottom of the magnet is kinda worn. everything else is perfect i'm only asking
