X2, especially with your driving habits. As far as mid grade or premium grade gas goes that really just depends on wht type of motor or tuning you have. Most vehicles wont run any better on it if not loose performance. And if not you still have to factor in the extra cost of the higher grade...

There is nothing wrong with fram oil filters if used on a 3000 mile schedual. They are not top of the line but are far from garbage.

Yes but nitrogen is a good idea since it is completely dry air. It make a big difference and keeps more consistant tire pressure.

I used to use nitrogen in my tires to avoid any issues with the climate change.
