I have a blue, and a white and blue wire in the back of my head unit, so what yoru saying is I unhook those from my hu and hook them up to my remote wire to my amp?
hmm, I am guessing you mean his alternator is just not powerful enough? If so this problem only started recently, why would it just start out of the blue?
All the wireing seems to be in place, there is a copper wire comeing from the head unit connected to nothing (ground?). But when tinkering with it there is no change of the whine.....
My friend has recently ran into a problem with his system. When he starts a car a annoying whineing noise starts comeing from his interior speakers, and when he accelerates the noise becomes a little louder. Any suggestions to what this may be?
I just purchased a pair of JLW3v2's and a Pheonix Gold 800 amp. I though these two would be a perfect match going by the guidlines of this chart...

I just purchased a pair of JL 10W3v2 subs. I am just curious in how you guys may rate these subs or just the name JL. I dont know much about speakers/subs but got a fair deal on these bad boys..
