What length of time would be good for breaking in a JL 12w1v2?

Sorry, I didn't know it sounded like I was trying to be a tough guy. I was just asking if a standard truck box would do and just stating that my truck was a Ranger SuperCab since you put depending on what vehicle it was. Thanks for the info. OC

What about a standard sealed truck box? And the truck is a Ranger SuperCab.

This is my first post here. I was thinking about getting a 12W1v2 with the 250.1 amp for my ranger. I really just want to add some bass to my stock radio. But I would like a sub that has some kick. Enough that I can feel the bass but not heard down the street. Would this setup be enough to do that?
