Yeah it has an equalizer but i **** at using it right. it always ends up sounding weird in some way when i try to fix it.

what if i just remove the plastic pillars covering the tweeters and cut the wire?

I have a 2000 Sentra SE and I just upgraded the speakers with Polk DB650s in the front and DB675s in the back. I'm using the 6.5" sub for now and plan on upgrading to a better one later. I don't have that much money right now so I want to just get a head unit, and I need one with an iPod...

So what sub/amp combo do you guys recommend under 200 dollars? And are head units with an auxiliary output a lot better than a radio transmitter if I plan on using an iPod, or does it make any difference?

Yeah I see the two plastic parts with all the holes in them. And I posted about my car on a sentra message board and they said that it has a sub too, which I didn't even know about. (I just bought this car used about a month ago so I don't know everything about it yet.)

What kind do you have for sale? I'm not even sure if it does haha. Are you talking about the little speakers in the very front by the window? Sorry for the dumb question but I don't know very much about car audio as you can probably tell.
