The only thing the newer hu's offer that the 9813's don't, is ipod and bluetooth. Heck, they are cool looking, have a motorized faceplate, built in eq, time corrcetion, 4 volt outputs. Plus, they don't feel cheap like a lot of the new stuff does. I know times have changed, but I still prefer...

I think its worth fixin, but I'm a little biased... They are great units, and go for between 100-200 dollars in good working condition. Heck, there was one on the bay awhile back that went for around 270 dollars. If you have already gotten a couple years use out of it, you could get it repaired...
