I friend gave me a Kenwood amp that has a RMS rating of 60 Watt RMS x2 at 4 Ohms, the speakers in my doors are only 40 watt RMS. The speakers have built in cross overs which should drop the power a bit, but not 20 watts. Would dropping the gain be okay or is this amp just going to blow my...
