moved the ground, still buzzing

the rca's are on the right with the speaker wire and remote and the power wire is on the left, all by it self; however, the ground cables touches the rca cable right at the amp, is that a problem?

Will it cause problems that my front speakers only need 20 rms and get 50 rms from my amp?

my head unit puts out 14x4 though thats not enough for the front

the 4x6 is 20 rms, and what is over head lol the 9x6 is 40 rms

is it bad if there's too much power
