One should be for running subs only and the other should be for running mids/tweets... If you're running a sub(s), one crossover setting you should hear vocals from your sub(s), if this happens, you're on the wrong crossover. :P

Doesn't quite look like it, but is it Arctic Silver? I painted my buddy's car that color. Looked like chrome spray paint when i laid the base...but turned out nice when i laid the clear. Had a little of that bluish tint you're talking about.
