So long as those aren't solobarics & aren't the newer ones (formed cones), you wanna go with 1.5-1.7 cu.ft. sealed for the best sound.

Probably a bad (shorted) capacitor inside the amp. Not a pro at amplifier repair, but that's what it should be logically.

That larger one is incredibly similar in design to my Power 100HD (including fuses for each channel).

ZED is friggen huge. Check these reviews of the Leviathan (Here's another from PAS Mag) & the Gladius.

That larger Hafler is a spitting image of my Rockford Fosgate Power 150HD (which is also a rare specimen). Same fuses & wire colors. Just a different heatsink (have to admit that the Hafler one looks better IMO).

These ARE the power series & these are way before the HX series. They went for about $350 each new at my shop.
