I checked everything mentioned in this thread and nothing helped. I even moved my ground. The amp was getting 14.2v the whole time. I reinstalled my Rubicon and it works fine. I'll be calling crescendo in the morning. Thanks everyone who took the time to help, I appreciate it.

Also, even with the sub output switched off on my head unit I still get random pops from the sub.

It's an si, the stock alt is a 120A. I know I can't pull more current out of thin air using big wires, I'm just trying to make it as efficient as I can since I'm getting a new car next year.

Forgot to mention, big 3 is done all 0ga and my Rubicon was also a 1600.1,never any issues. I didn't look at my fuse during my lunch break but the amp didn't come with one built in so I have an external 150A.
