I've got a bazooka bass tube hooked up to my pioneer deck. When i pause a cd or just turn down the radio, the bass sounds like it's fluctuating or sounds like power is surging even though the radio is down. What's going on? How can i fix this?? Thanks!

A memphis 10" model-Model: 15-MC104D--would that work, or any other memphis 10"? Or even a Memphis 8".

hmmm, i'm willing to spend probably about $400. I know that's pretty cheap, but i've gotta save some mula for school. and for the digital sound, it's hard to explain...i think it's probably the bass sound trying to come through the 4's, but the bassblockers are on them, so it's not supposed to...

Yeah, i turned it off and it sounds really bad.

Ok, i turned it off, but it just made things muddier, it's better set on 100. it goes 100, 160, and i think 250. 100 takes off the muddy sound best. Any ideas on the digital sound coming from the 4's when i crank it? And it's not the deck that's causing the 6x9's not play highs and mids, so...

Yeah, i've messed with all of the audio settings till my thumbs fell off, but it doesn't change anything drastically. I've got it to where I can stand it, but things still sound strange. Especially the 6x9's not playing highs and mids.
