Are the TC sound ones any good never heard of them before

I am still looking around and saw the JL Audio 12W1v2-4 12" 150W 4-Ohm Subwoofer for the same price as the Alpine Type-R, the JL sub has almost perfect reviews, would the JL be better than the type-r?

How expensive would that be? Max I can shell out would be around 120ish
