Recommended Gauge Power Wire for 200 Wrms?
1. subwoofer amplifier (i don't see what difference it would make for the power wire if it was a subwoofer amp or speaker amp) 2. I don't plan on upgrading in the future 3. it is 200w rms- nicku1302

i believe that would be a waste of money, 12 gauge wire is rated at 30 Amps , the amp is fused at 25 Amps so therefore 12 gauge wire should be sufficient- nicku1302

what gauge wire would be sufficient and not overkill for a 200w rms Amplifier?? I've seen some guys with very low gauge wire and to me it seems as a waste of money.- nicku1302
