Somebody also said, "If the radio cannot supply enough signal the amp can't get a grip on it and crank it up. (All has to do with gain ratios). Sounds like the radio isn't giving the amp a large enough signal." Could this be the problem?

Connected the ground to a new spot, didnt make a difference. I'll try it again... Any other ideas???
