All 4 are dual 4 ohm so it will be wired in 2 ohms. The budget is $175.

Yup its for the FH-P710MD and that is the shipped price. From what i can tell the display is in english but i'm going to look into it futher and it does have USB input but thats with an adapter. I don't know about the playlists though.
